CONDITION
Some 2019 model year RAV4 & RAV4 HV may exhibit a condition where the driver seat memory is
inoperative or is not registered (initialized).
This may be caused by the seat memory initialization not being conducted during PDS.
RECOMMENDATIONS
In the event the seat memory is inoperative perform the initialization procedure in the repair manual:
• Performed memory seat registration (initialization).
• After completing memory seat registration (initialization) verify memory seat function.
