Customer states:
 The anti-theft alarm goes off for no obvious reason, mainly in strong rain. The hazard lights will blink rapidly.
However, the alarm horn may not sound.
Workshop findings:
 No DTCs are logged.
In the measured value blocks for the comfort system central control module, J393 (address word 0046) you may
find "Backup_horn_alarm_trigger_cycle_data - no communication" as the source for the alarm.
Technical Background
When a key is not in range of the vehicle during very heavy rain, flowing water or other objects could interfere with
the hands-free tailgate release sensor and trigger the anti-theft alarm system in the comfort system central control
module, J393 (address word 0046).
