Model(s) Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment Q5 2009 - 2017 All Not Applicable Condition This service information concerns the replacement parts of the Panoramic sunroof mechanics in the sunroof frame for the Q5 (model 8RB). Technical Background The replacement parts of the Panorama sunroof including the sunroof frame on the Q5 (model 8RB) is now lubricated with Special Lubricant G 060 567 A2. Production Solution None, the model 8RB Q5 is no longer in production. Service The previously specified Lubricating Paste G 060 751 A2 used in production is not to be used on the replacement sunroof frame and its component mechanical parts. Only the Special Lubricant G 060 567 A2 is to be used in subsequent service on the replacement sunroof frame and mechanics. The service tables in the Maintenance Manual will be updated. Note: Before every repair for which the sunroof frame or its components must be re-lubricated only the Special Lubricant G 060 567 A2 is to be used. The frame must be checked in each case to determine which lubricant is on the frame and mechanics. Warranty This TSB is informational only and not applicable to any Audi Warranty.
