Ordering Process:
Dealership parts department will order spare tire through the Mitsubishi Motors
Diamond Dealer Link (MDL). The spare tire will be drop shipped to the dealership for
installation on the spare wheel.

1. Start from the MITSU NET main
page, and click on the lower left
diamond to start the MDL main
page. See the example.
2. At the top of the MDL screen click
on the word “parts” it will turn
from black to red and the word
“programs” will open and it will be
in red. Click on it. This will open the
programs screen in the MDL.
3. In the MDL parts program screen
highlight “MiTIRE Program
Website” from the list on left
portion of the screen. Once
highlighted it will turn black, now
click on it. This will launch the
Dealer Tire web page.
SEARCH BY PRODUCT CATEGORY:
select “Tires.”
In the PRODUCT search bar in the gray
area tires can be searched by vehicle,
by SKU/PART Number or QUICK
SEARCH.
SEARCH BY TIRE SIZE:
In the first box to the left type in
155/90D16 and in the Qty box type in 1
click Search.
Select the Falken FK-090 Temp Spare,
155/90D16 100M, SKU59000400 part
number DT59000400.
Make sure Qty of 1 is selected and the
add button turns green. Click the add
button to add tire to the delivery truck.
Click the View button to open complete order
Check tire size,
check qty.
Check delivery
time and date.
Check pricing.
Check
dealership
address.
Only authorized
personnel can
place orders.
Input PO number.
Before placing the order check all the information on this page. Check the tire size and qty,
check the tire pricing, check the delivery date and time, check the dealership address, make
sure authorized personnel are placing order, input the dealership purchase order number and
final click on the Place Order button.
To view and confirm the order click
the Menu button. This will open a
larger menu from the right side of
the screen.
Click on Order Status.
The Order History screen will show all current orders and their status.
