CONDITION
Some 2019 model year Corolla vehicles may experience an abnormal noise from the front over bumps
and/or during turns from the front lower arm bushing, both left and/or right sides.
RECOMMENDATIONS
This condition is currently under investigation. Confirm the condition by applying water to the bushing
area. DO NOT USE SILICONE OR GREASE.
If the noise DOES change, please contact Technical Assistance (TAS) to submit details on any
vehicles with the condition and to obtain further direction.
If the noise DOES NOT change, continue diagnosis using the applicable repair manual section.
If it is a weekend or holiday, continue with diagnosis and repair. Please save all parts and/or details
and contact TAS on the next available work day.
