Complaint:
Possible moisture ingress into vehicle interior.
Cause:
Two possible causes here, both of which relate to the firewall grommets:
1st cause: 2 of the 12 cavities in the foam-lined grommet (the cavities to be filled) may not be within the specified dimensions.
2nd cause: There may be small holes in the seal around the vinyl ring for the grommet preventing a complete vacuum.

Remedy:
The remedy differs depending on which cause is discovered:
1st cause: Please stick on the foamed firewall grommet using adhesive sealant.
2nd Cause: Please use butyl cord to glue the service breakthroughs on the grommet with vinyl ring.
