** SOLUTION **
Cause
The VCB circuit wires may rub on the air compressor supply pipe bracket, resulting in a
short to ground circuit issue.
Solution
Once the circuit issue has been confirmed repair the damaged wires and
move the harness away from the bracket so no further rubbing occurs. Refer
to the pictures below Charge Air Cooler Pipe Bracket
