If the mileage for an inspection is not reached, an inspection must be carried out
every 2 years at the latest.
The term 'checking' includes all necessary subsequent work, such as adjustments,
readjustments, corrections and topping up, but does not include repairs,
replacements or overhaul of parts or assemblies.

Vehicles with PCCB: PCCB Brake discs must be checked for wear during every
service and whenever brakes pads are replaced using special tool VAS 6813

Check front firewall body drains for debris
Air cleaner: replace filter elements

Underbody panels: visual inspection for completeness, secure installation and damage
Tires: check condition
Visual inspection for leaks from underneath (oils and other fluids)
Brake lines: visual inspection for damage, routing and corrosion
Brake hoses: visual inspection for damage

Axle joints: visually inspect the dust boots for damage

Exhaust system: visual inspection for leaks and damage, check engine mount
Replace spark plugs
