Technical Service Bulletin Mazda North American Operations Irvine, CA 92618-2922 Subject: DTC B14F0:76 STORED AND i-ACTIVSENSE WARNING LIGHT (AMBER) ON AFTER BCM REPLACEMENT Bulletin No.: 15-003/19 Last Issued: 08/09/2019 APPLICABLE MODEL(S)/VINS 2019 Mazda3 DESCRIPTION Some vehicles may exhibit DTC B14F0:76 [VCM] stored in memory and the i-ACTIVSENSE warning light (amber) on after BCM replacement. DTC B14F0:76 [VCM]: Forward sensing camera (FSC) deviation 【i‐ACTIVSENSE warning light (amber)】 This is caused by the learning value of the forward sensing camera (FSC) aiming being initialized after BCM replacement due to a software malfunction of the FSC. To correct this concern, the FSC software will be modified to not initialize the value of the FSC aiming after BCM replacement. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify concern. 2. Perform the FSC aiming according to the instructions on MGSS (FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) AIMING). NOTE: Either dynamic or static aiming is acceptable for this repair.
