Customer Voice:
• Customer states the steering is heavier than expected.
Technical Description:
• The sleeve on I-shaft may have moved down on the I-shaft.
Status:
• LTB01224 is on sign-off to replace the bulk head seal and I-shaft when parts
are available.
• ETA on new I-shaft is the 20th of June
