Issue
Symptom:
• Lubricating oil leak between cylinder head and cylinder block on the air intake side of
the engine.
Root Cause:
• Excessive compression set of silicone lubricating oil grommets leading to an external
lubricating oil leak.
Resolution
A new cylinder head gasket with a more robust lubricating oil sealing grommet material

has been released.
Service Instructions
In the event of cylinder head gasket malfunction, replace existing cylinder head gasket.
