Customer Voice:
• A customer may express a concern of water leaking into the driver’s footwell.
Technical Description:
• This may be caused by a manufacturing error with the robotic sealing process.
Status:
• TSB JTB00694NAS1 is being published to provide diagnosis guidance for the
source of the water leak, along with repair instructions should a leak be found
from the body seam.
• Should a customer express a concern, please refer to the TSB.
