• TSB JLRTB2001NAS1 will be published to address this concern. Target timing
for publication is early September. Should a customer express a concern,
please refer to this TSB and replace the tailgate lift struts.
Status:
• A limited number of manual (non powered) tailgate vehicles could have been
built with tailgate struts that are not to the specified length.

• A customer may report that the tailgate does not open fully on manually
operated tailgate model variants only.
