Export Regions Bulletin Purpose The Accessory Performance Air Intake Kits are a Dealer installed accessory for 2019 Full Size Trucks (GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado) and 2019 Full Size SUVs (Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, and GMC Yukon XL). This Intake Kit replaces the production air cleaner assembly, which has the Vehicle Emissions Control Information (VECI) label attached to the Air Cleaner Lid. The VECI label is required by Federal Emissions Regulations and a missing label is a compliance issue. When installing the Performance Air Intake Kit, a replacement label (19354745) MUST BE ordered to meet emissions compliance. 1. Order service part number 19354745 for a replacement VECI label. Note: This label is VIN specific and will require the full VIN number for the vehicle requiring the label. The transaction type is ZREG. 4. Label will ship from the supplier in 1-2 business days. 5. Installation of Label - Clean the application surface so that there is no dust, oil, or other contaminants that will affect the label adhesion. 6. The label should be applied to the locations shown in the photos below to ensure that the label is visible in the engine compartment for emissions inspection purposes.
