20 Fuel gauge does not show full after filling up tank 20 19 21 2052368/4 October 10, 2019. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 20 number 19-19 dated June 7, 2019 for reasons listed below. Fuel gauge shows the correct level after a short delay. Fuel gauge only shows full after driving for a short distance. MIL may be illuminated. Figure 1. Only shows 5/8ths of a tank instead of full. If DTC P046100 is found in the ECM, check and update if necessary using TSB 2043357: 20 MIL on (DTC P046100 - Fuel level sensor, circuit range/performance). If any other DTCs are found proceed with GFF and repairs. If the customer’s concern included fuel gauge only showing 5/8ths after filling fuel tank, replace fuel sensor with updated part (green dot). Technical Background Delayed response from fuel gauge sensor 3 (G237). Production Solution Improved sensor housing. Service Follow instructions in the Elsa Repair Manual to replace fuel sensor 3 (G237). Warranty Claim Type: 110 up to 48 Months/50,000 Miles. G10 for CPO Covered Vehicles – Verify Owner.
