PIWIS Tester 3 test so ware version
38.400.020 (or higher)
If other programming campaigns that a ect the same control unit and involve the identical procedure are open for a
vehicle in addition to this campaign, the a ected control unit must only be programmed once using the current PIWIS
Tester test so ware.
Please proceed as follows for the campaigns that have not been carried out:
Mark the campaign as 'cannot be carried out' with the reason "Modi cation of the a ected component" in PQIS. The
“Warranty relevance” ag must be activated in order to be able to set a warranty claim and close the campaign.

A warranty claim must be submitted for the campaign in which 0 TU is entered as the speci ed working time and no
material items are speci ed.

* From now on, you can also create the SD cards mentioned in this campaign yourself. To do this, download the so ware
for the required SD card using the SD card tool PiUS (Porsche integrated Update Service) and install it on a blank SD card.
Pay particular attention to the following:
The name of the so ware in the PiUS corresponds to the respective part number of the SD card.
For creating the SD card via PiUS, a blank or re-writable SD card is required for each individual so ware.
The so ware available in the PiUS must only be used in accordance with the instructions provided in the Technical
Information published for this purpose.
The SD cards/so ware mentioned here must only be used on the vehicles assigned to the campaign.
An exception to this can only be granted via another Technical Information.
You will nd further information on how to install and use the PiUS so ware tool in the PPN under PiUS goes live
