Transfer Case Replacement
Customer Voice:
• The vehicle feels like one wheel is locked when turning.
Technical Description:
• The pinpoint tests in TOPIx identify replacement of the transfer case is
required.
Status:
• Perform repairs as necessary including obtaining authorization via FRED if
required.
• Hold the original transfer case and a fluid sample for return.
• Raise an EPQR and include contact information (name, email address, and
phone number) of someone at the retailer who can serve as the point of contact
for the shipping company to collect the original part and fluid sample.
