Rework Seal Seam on Emergency Exit Window
This Sprinter Service Campaign has been initiated because Daimler AG (DAG), the manufacturer of

the seam seal on the Emergency Exit window may be incomplete which could allow moisture to enter the
interior of the vehicle. An authorized Sprinter dealer will rework the Emergency Exit window seal seam at
the next workshop visit.


Please check VMI to determine if the vehicle is involved in the Campaign and if it has been previously
