Bulletin No.: Service Bulletin Date: 19-NA-265 November, 2019 INFORMATION Subject: Information On Equivalent and Interchangeable Continental Cross Contact UHP Tires Brand: Model: Cadillac Model Year: Breakpoint: to from to XT5 from 2017 Chevrolet Blazer 2019 2020 - - GMC Acadia 2017 Engine: - Transmission: - Involved Region or Country North America, Mexico, Russia, Middle East, Israel, Palestine, Chile, Columbia, Peru, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Condition There may be a concern of a customer or dealership technician noticing either of the following: • That, all on the same vehicle, one or more tires on the vehicle have a TPC number 1316, and the other tires may have a TPC number 3152, listed on the sidewall. • Or, when ordering replacement tires, the new tires have a TPC number 3152, while the original tires on the vehicle showed TPC number 1316 (or vice versa). Cause Starting in November 2018, Continental had updated the TPC number in production to the number 3152, on the sidewall. Note: TPC Numbers 1316 and 3152 are equivalent and interchangeable Correction Continental Cross Contact UHP tires manufactured from November 2018 forward will have the updated TPC number 3152, on the sidewall. When ordering replacement tires of this model, please utilize this updated TPC Number.
