Customer Concern
If the customer reports, or you confirm, a temporary brake warning in white text, fault code 0D2602 may
be set.
Technical Information
During cold engine start, or brake pedal actuation during engine stop, the vacuum change in the brake
system may be enough to set this fault. It does not cause performance issues and is not a safety concern
for the customer. The pressure monitoring threshold was just a bit too narrow and has been widened.
Production Solution
The PSM software with a wider pressure monitoring threshold has been in production since July of 2019.
Warranty
No repairs are necessary at this time.
