Intake Duct Bolt Tightening / Torque Sequence
INTRODUCTION:
This Service Information Bulletin provides the proper tightening / torque sequence to follow when
installing Intake Duct #3 onto the intercooler assembly. Following the sequence below will insure
the bolts remain fully tightened.
SERVICE PROCEDURE / INFORMATION:
REMINDER: Customer satisfaction and retention starts with performing quality repairs.

IMPORTANT: Always install a new gasket (p.n.
21896AA150).
Torque the 3 bolts to 16.1Nm (11.8 ft. lbs.) following
the sequence shown in the illustration.
