When this is the case a twist in the seat belt webbing is possible Production change Assembly method revised Measure In the event of a twist being identified in a front seat belt then carry out the following check on that specific seat belt 1. Remove the rear quarter waistrail reference workshop manual Rear quarter waistrail – To remove and fit Rep Gr.70 Figure 3 Figure 4 2. Referencing figure 3 and 4 inspect the seat belt webbing plastic guide (A). Ensure the three clipping points (C) are securely clipped to the ‘D’ ring (B). 3. If the guide is not securely clipped then remove and discard the guide and fit a new replacement guide. 4.
