Possible OnStar noti cation. There currently have been no cases of a functional concern regarding this code so if the C0010.5A is stored alone, clear the code and road test. If the C0010.5A is stored with other communication or component codes diagnose those codes. See note below. Note: If the code C0010.5A is the only code stored clear the code and road test, advise the customer that this code can be caused in a 3 point turn kind of maneuver. If the vehicle is still moving forward and the shifter moved to reverse this code can be stored. Have them make sure they come to a complete stop before shifting.
