Correction:
Clear DTC's and restart vehicle, after 1 minute recheck for DTC(s), If DTC(s) reset, replace either HVAC Temp Motor
- Front 1 or 2 depending on the DTC setting.
If DTC's do not reset, Do not replace any parts for this concern. Engineering is working on a software update to
address this concern.
This PI will be converted to a Bulletin when a resolution is available.
Please communicate to the customer this will not impact the designed performance or reliability of the
vehicle. Please share this information with the customer, including a copy of this message.
