Cause
Tech Tool reports fault code SA 0 FMI 0 or SPN 0 FMI 0 in DTC (Diagnostic Trouble
Code) list.
Solution
DTC SA 0 FMI 0 is caused by an aftermarket device installed on the datalink. Removal
of this device and refreshing Tech Tool will render this code inactive or remove it
outright. The device may be a hidden GPS tracking device, datalink analyzer, fuel
management system, or electronic logs. If the device cannot be located, contact the
owner or fleet for assistance.
