Latest Vehicle Concern Fixes Quiescent Drain After A State Inspection Customer Voice: • The vehicle will not start. Technical Description: • There is a quiescent drain causing a RSA on vehicles that just had a state inspection performed or an unsupported device has been installed into the OBD port. • This results in the CAN bus not shutting down. Status: • IP software is available to prevent the quiescent drain . • SSM74635 for Jaguar and SSM74634 for Land Rover has been published for vehicles equipped with a midline instrument panel. • A UPS is currently on sign-off 18-20MY Discovery, Discovery Sport, RR Velar and F-PACE
