Customer complains of no brake lights on the trailer after trailer module installed. Tech may call and state fault code
P175700 present after installing the trailer installation kit.

Service
1. Check the coding of the trailer module.
2. If coding is 01 00 00 02 02 00 00 00, change it manually in OBD address word 69 > coding.
3. Change Byte 0 to 02 and change byte 4 to 00.
4. Coding should now be 02 00 00 02 00 00 00 00.
5. Make sure the fault clears and check the trailer brake light operation with a trailer installed or a trailer test kit.
