Information on new type of coolant pipe
Symptom:
Customer complaint about loss of coolant, visible on the underside of the engine/where the vehicle was
parked. Sometimes a yellow warning comes on in the instrument cluster with the information message
"Refill coolant Be careful of engine temperature".
Model Year:
As of 2014 up to 2019
Cause:
Component tolerances between the coolant pipe flange and distributor housing can cause leaks.
Remedial
Action:
In the event of a customer complaint, install additional "water tube retaining bar".

If Part No. 0PB121076 water tube is already installed in the affected vehicle, this SY is not relevant for
this vehicle.

removed and the cooling system is not opened.
