Important release note:
Please be advised that Workshop Campaign WKJ8, referenced in this post, is not yet available due to a parts
supplier issue. Until campaign WKJ8 is available, scope 2 (full scope) should be performed.
WKJ7 Workshop Campaign - Replacing coolant pump
Overview
During internal tests, Porsche has discovered that leaks can occur at the mechanical seal of the coolant
pump over the service life of the vehicle.

In the event of a leak, coolant escapes. If the coolant loss goes unnoticed over a long period of time, a
corresponding warning is displayed in the instrument cluster.
To prevent this from happening, the coolant pump must be replaced by a version with an optimized
mechanical seal.
Please arrange for this measure to be carried out on the affected vehicles before handing vehicles over to
customers. Vehicles that have already been delivered to customers should only be handled in case of a
concrete customer complaint.
