Some 2019-2020 model year Prius vehicles may experience a whine/humming noise at 70-80 mph
from the rear of the vehicle. This condition can occur on vehicles with less than 10,000 miles.
RECOMMENDATIONS
This is currently under investigation and not a normal characteristic of the vehicle.
Please create a TAS case and contact TAS for instruction prior to diagnosing or repairing of the
vehicle. If it is a weekend or holiday, continue with diagnosis and repair. Please save all parts and/or
