Customer states:
 The vehicle shudders when downshifting from 2nd to 1st gear.
Workshop findings:
 The concern can be reproduced and is only reproducible on the 2nd to 1st downshift.
 There is are no DTCs in in the engine control module (ECM), J623 (address word 0001) and there are no
DTCs stored in the transmission control module (TCM), J743 (address word 0002).
 The dual clutch is completely adapted.
 In the TCM, J743 (address word 0002) the measured values "Status_of_Kisspoint_Clutch_1" and
"Status_of_Kisspoint_Clutch_2" have the result "Kiss point Broken in", “Biting Point Broken in” or (every
other result means that the dual clutch is not completely adapted).

Try to reproduce the customer concern so that it can be clearly assigned to this TSB.
If the measured values in the TCM, J743 (address word 0002) "Status_of_Kisspoint_Clutch_1" and
"Status_of_Kisspoint_Clutch_2" show either clutch is not adapted this TSB does not apply and the clutches
should be completely adapted using ODIS guided functions.
