Remote start is aborted due to Battery Voltage (too high)
First Signal – RemSt_InhibitSts = BATT_VOLT_HIGH (cause of inibhition)
Second signal - RemStActvSts = From Active to Not active
When BatteryVoltageLevelHP reach the 15 Volt
