Service Technical Information 62/20 ENU 2130 2 Complaint - Loss of Power and Noise From Engine Compartment: Replacing Both Exhaust Turbochargers With Modified Type of Turbochargers (62/20) Vehicle Type: Cayenne Turbo/Cayenne Turbo S Hybrid (9YA/9YB) Model Year: As of 2019 up to 2020 Subject: Turbocharger Information: The vehicle loses power and noises (whistling) can be heard from the engine compartment. The Check Engine warning light flashes at times or lights up permanently. This may be caused by stiff or blocked exhaust turbocharger shafts. Remedial Action: Check the condition of the exhaust turbochargers and replace both exhaust turbochargers with a modified type of turbochargers if necessary. Date of Introduction: Modified components have been used since July 30, 2018. Vehicle Type: Panamera Turbo/Panamera Turbo S Hybrid (971) Model Year: As of 2017 up to 2020 Subject: Turbocharger Information: The vehicle loses power and noises (whistling) can be heard from the engine compartment.
