A customer may report that the HVAC system is not blowing cool air.
Technical Description:
•
The air conditioning system may be low on refrigerant due to a slow
refrigerant leak on a limited number of I-PACE models caused by the
condenser pipe clamp not achieving proper clamp load due to a tolerance
stack up issue.

SSM 74851 has been published to address this concern, providing details on
installing a washer to ensure proper clamp load can be achieved.
Should a customer express a concern please refer to this SSM.
