A customer may report that the air deflector in front of the rear tire is coming
loose.
Technical Description:
•
The plastic lower air deflector in front of the rear tire may become loose from
it’s retaining clips due to snow or large puddle impacts causing the air
deflector to potentially rub on the rear tires.
Status:

Engineering has developed a revised air deflector retention process to
increase the air deflector retention.
TSB JLRTB02043NAS1 has been published to provide instructions to add
additional scrivets to the existing air deflector to increase retention.
