Technical Description: • The leak is identified from JX73 8C362 AC Status: • • • We are interested in gathering additional data from a vehicle before the hose is replaced. If a leak is identified from this hose or one of the connections complete the steps below with the original pipe installed: • Pressure test cooling system as per TOPIx when coolant temp cold. • Drive the vehicle for at least 20 minutes to allow the coolant to get to full operating temperature. • Pressure test cooling system as per TOPIx with coolant temp hot. • Collect pictures or videos of a leak from either side of the pipe referenced. • Remove hose and measure inner and outer diameter of pipe and mating surface at 90 degree intervals.
