Checking selector lever
Work Procedure: 1
Check whether the selector lever is mechanically blocked.
1.1
Switch on the ignition.
1.2
Press the brake pedal.
1.3
Press the release button and pull the selector lever gradually from 'P' to 'D'.
The display in the instrument cluster must change accordingly.
1.4
Release the brake pedal.
1.5
Swivel the selector lever from 'D' to 'M'.
The display in the instrument cluster must change accordingly.
1.6
Move the selector lever from 'M' to 'Tip+'.
The selector lever must return to its original position.
1.7
Move the selector lever from 'M' to 'Tip-'.
The selector lever must return to its original position.

Swivel the selector lever from 'M' to 'D'.
The display in the instrument cluster must change accordingly.

Press the brake pedal.
