Cause of Failure:
Since the customer installs the radio, we need to know how much harness is required to make good connections
without stressing the connectors. We will be following the bus until it is shipped to the customer. After receiving
information from the field, they need 8-9 inches of harness.
Our production line stated this has been a past issue and the BOM T008L was updated. It clearly states that 8 inches
of extra length from the face of the housing.
POTENTIAL IMPACT: Pulled wires/ bad connection
