Condition
On startup, after the typical instrument cluster self-test, the tachometer and speedometer pointers flutter or bounce
and the led indicator lamps all light up (as shown in figure 1). After a few seconds, behavior returns to normal for the 		
rest of the drive cycle. The issue occurs intermittently.

Porsche will release information and a permanent solution to this issue in the near future. In the meantime,
do not replace any parts. Part replacement is not an effective repair.
