Several different contributing factors to idle quality have been logged.

For 20MY L551 RR Evoque – ensure the PCM and TCM are both updated to the
most current level.
For all model lines – Complete primary and secondary diagnostics for any DTCs
stored. If complaint persists with no root cause identified, raise a TA and include
details and results of all diagnostic steps performed.
A TA will allow confirmation of diagnostics performed, transparency of the
complaint for tracking, and/or dispatching of logging equipment if necessary.
A revised PCM software is in development to address the contributing factors
identified in vehicle logs. The update is tentatively expected for release in Q4
2020.
