CONDITION
Customer states that there is a squeak or groan noise from the steering column area when turning the
steering wheel.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Do not apply any lubricant or water to intermediate shaft or seal. This could damage the seal or lead
to a repeat repair. Isolate noise using stethoscope and replace affected components.
