Or No customer concerns, it is found during PDI or any other diagnostic work. Workshop findings: The following DTC may be stored in the engine control module (ECM), J623 (address word 0001): DTC P201500 (sender for intake manifold flap position/air flow control, implausible signal, sporadic) with symptom code 2967. Technical Background Due to a sporadic wrong initialization of the airflow control flap DTC P201500 (sporadic) is stored in the ECM. Production Solution Not applicable. Service Scenario 1 DTC P201500 (sporadic) stored in the ECM only: Do not perform the Guided Fault Finding test plan, erase the DTC, and return the vehicle to the customer. Note: Parts replacement does not solve this issue. Claims for replaced parts will be subject to review. Scenario 2 DTC P201500 (sporadic) and there are additional DTC’s stored in the ECM: 1. Erase DTC P201500. 2. Perform Guided Fault Finding for other DTC’s stored in engine control module. Scenario 3 DTC P201500 (static) stored in the ECM: A static entry of this DTC indicates a failure and GFF should be performed in this case. Warranty Claim Type: 110 up to 48 Months/50,000 Mile.
