Complete diagnosis of the DTCs as outlined in the TOPIx Workshop Manual
(WSM) including verification of electrical circuit, pin fit, etc.
If diagnosis identifies the coolant pump is faulty and requires replacement, create
an EPQR which includes contact information to support PRR.
