Squeak Noise from Turbo

There is a squeak from the engine at startup or shut down.
Technical Description:

Actuation of the turbo bypass valve can be heard.
Status:

This noise is normal and can be noted by a sensitive customer at startup and
shut down.
The noise is considered normal operation and while it can be noted before the
engine starts or immediately after the engine stops, it cannot be heard while the
engine is running.
The presence of this noise does not support replacement of the turbo.
