As part of our ongoing continuous improvement the Short Range Radar Module
(SRR) used in the 2020 Cadillac CT4, and CT5 was on Product Quality Center (PQC)
restriction. Restriction has now Ended.
Cause
Root Cause Analysis
General Motors PQC restriction of the Short Range Radar module for the 2020 Cadillac CT4 and CT5 has ended.
We would like to thank all dealers who participated in this restriction for their cooperation.
The Short Range Radar module can now be ordered through the regular GM CCA parts order process.
Use the Vehicle Identi cation Number (VIN), and GM Electronic Service Parts Catalog to determine the correct part
number to order.
