 The geolocation feature
of the UGDO system is
not working, despite
having been stored by
the customer during the
pairing procedure
(Figure 2).

Technical Background
A software bug in the MIB3 system causes the non-availability of the hotkey and geolocation features of the
UGDO system.
Production Solution
Not applicable.
Service
1. Explain to the customer that a solution is forthcoming for the 2nd quarter of 2021, pending successful
compatibility testing and that no repairs are necessary at this point. Do not replace any components for this
condition since this will not resolve the customer’s concern.
2. Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in AccessAudi
(under Related Links >> Service), or through the Technical Assistance page in Elsa.
