Service Technical Information 173/20 ENU 9152 9 Complaint - Navigation in the PCM is Loading Very Slowly or does Not Start: Observe Specified Procedure (173/20) Model Lines: Macan (95B) Cayenne (9YA) Model Year: As of 2018 up to 2019 Concerns: Porsche Communication Management (PCM) central computer Information: After Navigation is selected in Porsche Communication Management (PCM), it is only loaded very slowly or does not start. A black screen is visible for several minutes and the message 'Starting Navigation' appears. The following additional errors can occur: • • Action Required: Navigation function temporarily not available. Navigation data temporarily unavailable.
