Please follow the instructions provided with the N504 ONP/CSP Campaign
The pSIM ICCID needs to be linked to the VIN via the admin portal

Once the replacement pSIMs are available please make sure the pSIM ICCID is
associated with the vehicle VIN via the admin portal. (May require assistance
from your sales department)
Once complete verify the pSIM is functioning as per the normal PDI process.
If any prior warranty claims for this concern submitted for a shortage have
not processed or been returned, please cancel those claims and submit a new
claim under the N504 campaign.
