Roof Opening Panel Does Not Open Fully

A customer may report that the roof opening panel does not appear to open
fully.
Technical Description:
–
The roof opening panel on Jaguar XE models will open to different distances
depending if the vehicle is equipped with satellite radio.
Status:

–
The roof opening panel operation is designed not to block the roof mounted
satellite antenna on models with this option.
The roof opening panel will stop before covering the antenna.
Models variants without the roof mounted satellite antenna will have a roof
opening panel that opens further.
Please note these differences and designed operation before diagnosing the roof
opening panel operation.
