As part of our ongoing continuous improvement the Power Steering Control
Module used in the 2020 Cadillac CT4 and CT5, were on restriction through GM PQC.
Restriction Has Now Ended
Cause
Root Cause Analysis
Correction:
General Motors Technical Assistance Center part restriction on the Power Steering Gear
for 2020 Cadillac CT4, and CT5 has ended.
We would like to thank all dealers who participated in this restriction for their cooperation.
The Power Steering Gears can now be ordered through the regular GM CCA parts process or
PQC process for required dealers (Canada).
Use the vehicle identification number (VIN), SI, and the GM Electronic Parts Catalog to
determine the correct part to order.
